“Ben” Drummer is both an excellent teacher and leader, who is frequently called upon for his knowledge and experience in real estate. He leads mainly by example, always doing his best and encouraging others to do the same. While easygoing by nature, he can be direct and decisive when he needs to be. He is respected by his peers and recognized for his ability to balance the many positions he holds.
Ben is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Ohio and has been an Educator for over 30 years. He currently teaches computer technology to elementary age students in the Miamisburg City Schools. Ben currently serves on a Technology Board with his teacher peers. His mission has always been to inspire young minds to contribute to their communities. He is a member of Allen Temple A.M.E. Church. Throughout his time, Ben has served in many roles in the community as a Realtor for 15 years, Loan Officer and an Investor for 20 years. Ben has led numerous rehab projects in the community and in which he brings his leadership and real estate knowledge to the fore front.
Ben holds a M.A in Education from the Central State University, a M.A. in Education Leadership from the Antioch University Midwest and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the Ohio Northern University. Ben also holds certifications in Real Estate and Mortgage Originations from the Hondros College. Ben also has many affiliations as outlined below.
